Description:
The Army Family Advocacy program is designed towards preventing spouse abuse, child abuse and neglect, sexual assault and domestic violence. The program provides assistance to commanders and leaders on issues of abuse. New restricted and unrestricted domestic violence reporting procedures have been implemented. The program provides educational information to the military community, as well as coordinating professional services to families at risk of abuse and protective services for members who are victims. The program also offers a parenting program, home visitor program and victim advocacy for families in need of support programs. They will also do child safety briefings for non-military groups on request.

Provides comprehensive, round-the-clock services to victims of domestic abuse and sexual assault to residents of Clay, Geary, Marshall, Pottawatomie, and Riley Counties and Fort Riley Military Reservation.
