CICO Park is a 97-acre park in northwest Manhattan. It was founded under a cooperative agreement between Riley County, the City of Manhattan and USD 383. The City of Manhattan maintains the baseball complex, tennis courts, skate park and swimming pool. USD 383 maintains Bishop Stadium. Riley County Parks maintains Pottorf Hall meeting facility, fairgrounds and rodeo arena, trails, parking lots, playgrounds and open spaces. The park has a running track, sledding hill, picnic areas, fitness trail and more. Events at the park include the PRCA Rodeo, Riley County Fair, high school football, track meets and soccer, auctions and more.
